Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. This property is located inside Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), Terminal 3, in the international departure/transit/airside area. This property can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights, or who are departing on an international flight from Guarulhos International Airport (GRU). Guests departing on an international flight must have a valid boarding pass (flight check-in via web applicable) and only carry hand luggage. Guests on a connecting international flight must stay in the transit area, have a valid boarding pass, and only carry hand luggage. Please note that guests cannot access or retrieve their checked luggage while staying in the hotel. Passengers departing on domestic flights cannot access this property.
