The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

Mandatory fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cleaning fee: CLP 15000 per accommodation, per night (varies based on length of stay)
• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Chile Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Chile and who pay in foreign currency (e.g., USD).
