The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. This property is in a car-free zone and can be reached only by boat. Guests should park their car on the dock or in front of it. The property provides the transfer and the meeting point is Puerto Maldonado, ladera sur del Lago Tagua. Guests need to contact the property in advance to arrange pickup.
