這個評論確實是有點長，希望大家在確定選這個房間時（或者是選同一個地址但是不一樣的房間也要小心，這裡提供的地址是他們辦工室的地址，所以有很多間房間都是用淮海中路這個地址，真實的房間卻不是在淮海中路，要注意！！！），要細心的看這個評論，慎重三思的選擇。 房間的確實位置並不是expedia上所提供的地址，而是在另一個地方。而且店家在行程前一天才跟我們說要更換另一間房間給我們，我們在wechat溝通時，店主是說因房間潮濕才給我們更換，但在check in的時候我再次詢問接待的人，他卻跟我說是因為那房間住不了3個人所以才換的。我是想說既然住不了3個人，為什麼expedia仍顯示出來供我選擇呢？而且，他更換了一個比我們原定的房間還要小的房間。很顯然，是店家在說謊，提供不了房間給我們才隨便找藉口吧。另外這更換後的房間的環境也是十分糟糕，很顯然這房間是還未完成裝修的，我們check in的時候，接待人還叫裝修師傳上來裝修，說是房間有白蟻，叫師傳把房間的牆敲破，弄到滿屋子和床鋪也是灰塵，我們看著都傻眼了，我要求更換房子，他還堅持不給我換，還說一會就沒事。。。 我心裡十萬句粗口在爆著。 再者，房間位於一座商業大廈裡面，我們的房間出面的走廊裡堆積了一大堆雜物，非常混亂。拍照傳給友人們看時，他們還問我是不是住在工廠大廈裡面了，所以你可以想像房間出面的環境是有多糟糕。而且我們房間隔壁還有幾個單位在裝修，有很多裝修大漢在出入，加上大廈的大堂在晚上是不會開燈的，環境也是黑漆漆的，女生晚歸的卻是很不安全。 最後一點就是，房間並不乾淨，桌子椅子全是灰塵，黏黏的，還有很多飛蟻在房子裡飛。這是絕對不能接受，憑什麼還敢收取500塊付、附加費了！？
