Guests must transfer via required shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. Guests providing a negative COVID-19 test result must have been tested no more than 48 hours prior to check-in. To register at this property, guests who are Indian citizens must provide a valid photo identity card issued by the Government of India; travelers who are not citizens of India must present a valid passport and visa. This property is accessible via private vehicle over a bumpy road, or cable car. The cable car can be boarded from the base at Timber Trail Resort, in summer from 9 AM-6 PM, and in winter from 9 AM-5:30 PM, subject to weather conditions. Alternate accommodations and transportation will not be provided for late arrivals or early departures. Transfers by cable car are available only on the arrival date and departure date.
