This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 5 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Visitors who are not citizens of India must obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Sikkim. Each guest must have photocopies of their passport and Indian visa along with the original documents and 2 recent passport-sized photos to receive the permit. Guests can submit these documents at Melli and Rangpo entry checkpoints, Bagdogra Airport's Sikkim Tourism Booth, and Sikkim House in Kolkata or Delhi. Visitors who are not citizens of India must obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Sikkim.
