Central location for this hotel

Well its not the Ritz, its not the cleanest or best looking hotels. But the beds are lovely, the water peessure is perfect and the pool is a great escape from the hot sweaty streets. Breakfast is filling too. Just don't look to closely at the condition of the building. I would stay here again for sure.

Good location but run down

Run down place...renovations are overdue, very dirty old looking towels that I wouldn't offer even to my dog! Helpful stuff though trying very hard to compensate the existing conditions...

Try a different hotel than this one

It took us 2 hours to check in because they had no record from hotels.com we had a reservation. I spent 25 minutes on the phone costing over $50 for the international call to get hotels.com to notify the hotel we had already paid. The hotel should have made this phone call, not me. Terrible customer service. I think Hotels.com should reimburse me for this hotel stay!

Administrative incompetence

Hotel administrative staff is extremely incompetent. If you do not want to sit in the lobby for hours and spend $$ on the phone with expedia to solve things then make sure the hotel has received the voucher from expedia before leaving.
