Access to the pool is available in 2-hour time slots. Same-day pool access reservations must be made directly at the hotel via the Guest Relations Team in the morning. Parents and legal guardians traveling with a child under 18 must provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship at check-in. If a child under 18 is traveling with an adult who is not their parent or legal guardian, a declaration of consent of travel issued by the parents and a copy of a valid ID must be provided at check-in.
