This property offers transfers from the train station. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The hotel's train station shuttle is located at Hiroshima Station's North Exit. Children ages 4-11 are permitted in the hot springs from 6 AM-10 PM when accompanied by an adult. An entrance fee of JPY 1,000 applies for children ages 4-5 sharing existing bedding. Children ages 3 and younger are not permitted in the hot springs.
