Special Instructions
Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 1 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange return transfers from the property to Male International Airport via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected departure. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways/Maldivian Air Taxi between 6 AM and 4 PM. Guests departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in.
