Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is accessible by seaplane or domestic aircraft flight (surcharges apply). Seaplane transfers from Velana International Airport (MLE) to the property are offered by Manta Air and are 35-minutes in duration. All international arrivals will receive a welcome at the Amilla Lounge in the seaplane terminal. To transfer by seaplane, international flights must arrive in Male before 3:30 PM. Seaplanes only operate during daylight hours. Please note that guests who depart from Male on an international flight before 9 AM may have to leave the resort the night before to connect with their international flight. The listed mandatory transfer service fee applies to seaplane transfers, payable at check-in. Private seaplane charters are also available on request. Guests may also reach the property via 20-minute domestic flight from Malé (Velana International Airport) to Dharavandhoo Airport, followed by a 10-minute speedboat ride to Amilla. This option is recommended for guests departing on late international flights or anyone who is not comfortable on a small aircraft. Guests must share their flight details with the property at least 5 days before arrival to secure seats for the transfer. The property cannot be held liable for changes to transfer operations and consequences or flight cancellations due to inclement weather or technical issues with aircraft.
