Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 35 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 3 days before their expected arrival. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-in. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways/Maldivian Air Taxi for flights arriving from 6 AM-3:30 PM and flights departing the Maldives from 9 AM-8 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 25 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. The property is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to the seaplane company. All transfers are subject to tides, weather conditions, and Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) terms and conditions. Seaplane charges are non-refundable. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city: USD 12.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 2 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

The mandatory club card fee comprises the meal fee for children booked in All Inclusive rate plans. Guests booked in Full Board rate plans are charged USD 45 per child, per day for meals. Guests booked in Half Board rate plans are charged USD 30 per child, per day for meals. There are no meal fees for children ages 0-3. Fees are collected at check-in. The listed additional fee covers transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
