Special Instructions

Guests must transfer via Airplane or floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Full board and Half Board rates do not include beverages. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 65 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways/Maldivian Air Taxi only during daylight hours between 9 AM and 3 PM. Guests arriving after 3 PM or departing after 9:30 AM from Male are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at check-out. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
