When booking, you must provide the guest's contact number. Upon arrival, guests are met by an employee at the apartment address and handed over the keys. To arrange check-in time and receive instructions, you must contact +7-925-1027939 at least 1 hour before arrival. Call reception and check-in are carried out from 08:00 to 24:00. Payment by bank cards is not accepted.
According to the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, foreign citizens must have an identity card with them to check into hotels on the territory of the Russian Federation.
