Guests must transfer via boat and shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Depending on tidal movements, guests booked in 'Hilltop' accommodations may have limited access to the beaches surrounding the island. Guests must arrange transfers from Mahe Boat Jetty to the property via boat. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Daily boat transfer service is offered from Mahe Boat Jetty to the property at 9 AM, 10 AM, noon, 1:45 PM, and 4 PM; transfer service from the property to Mahe Boat Jetty is at 6 AM, 10:30 AM, 2:30 PM, and 4:30 PM. Outside of these hours, a boat transfer fee applies (EUR 20 per person, per way from 6 AM-6 PM, and EUR 30 per person, per way from 6 PM-midnight).

Mandatory fees

• New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: EUR 145 (from 6 to 11 years old)
