Остановиться можно, но быть готовым к..

По сравнению с отелем на Праслине, не приветливо встретили. Не предоставили консьержа для поднятия чемоданов на второй этаж, типа сами, ( 5 звёзд ?) в номере не было кофеварки , хотя в предыдущем отеле были. Только нескаФе растворимый. Вода нашитая в бутылки. ( откуда?) . Не перезвонили 2 раза, чтобы ответить на вопрос о продлении номера до пейса, пришлось идти . Машинка гольф кар , «дышит на ладан» , предлагают сесть на коврик для пола, постелянный, на сиденье, тк обивка треснута. Персонал ругался между собой. Завтрак не вкусный! Выбор не большой, фрукты просишь отдельно, выбор молока на стойке только один. Но если попросить, найдут ещё ). Пляж общественный. Но близко. Заход отличный, вода и вид тоже. Но полотенца и вещи! Убирают. Если ты не приходишь 1,5-2 часа .. (пошёл пройтись по берегу) , возвращаешься - вещей нет. Бар выставил счёт на 20 проц дороже, чем в меню, так и не объяснив за что. У отъезжающих стоят чемоданы при входе за 100 см от ресепшена, их никто не охраняет. Полушки мягкие, сероватое белье . Не особо клиентоориентированный отель. Магазин очень близко. Ужинать там не стали.

Just amazing property, great friendly staff. Big rooms, nice bathroom, nice luxurious beds and soft beddings and towels. Nice manicured gardens and above all great white sands beaches just at the door step

We verbleven 3 nachten (ipv 4 want we hadden onze aansluiting gemist). Dit was voldoende geweest om de directe omgeving te verkennen. Prima hotel, mooie grote kamers. Enige nadeel is overprijsde drankjes/eten. Wij hadden alleen ontbijt, deze was prima. Voor lunch en diner gingen we buiten de hotel. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en attent!!

Fint hotell med sämre mat

Mycket trevligt hotell! Väldigt välskött och fint. Personalen är otroligt hjälpsam och vänlig. Stranden är härlig och här går att få skugga under träden för den som vill. Ingen trängsel alls. Du får din favoritplats att ställa solbädden på. Det enda negativa är maten. De gör anspråk på att servera mat av hög klass, men ror inte iland det. Kockarna har ingen koll. Man får betala alldeles för mycket och det smakar inte särkilt bra. Undvik restaurangen Seyshima, där teppanyaki-kocken jonglerar med sina verktyg och ser mycket proffsig ut, men det du får på tallriken smakar som en sämre lunchrestaurang. Sammantaget ett mycket fint hotell men dålig och dyr mat.

Terrible 5 star experience.

What was recommended and should have been an incredible hotel, turned out to be the worst ever 5 star experience, due to the unprofessional staff. Some seems to be uninterested in serving you, some seems to pay more attention to their phone than their guests. Managers promise stuff and never fulfill it - never gets back in touch if promised. I wouldn’t recommend staying, but spend your money and time elsewhere, as we spend thousands of euros in a couple of days during christmas, and got the worst experience ever.
