There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 10 days before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests are required to download the property's Duve mobile app before check-in. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

Mandatory fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: CHF 2.00 per person, per night for adults; CHF 1.00 per night for guests aged 6-15 years old. This tax does not apply to children under 6 years of age.
