Разочарованы

Прекрасная локация ,безумно красивая территория ,великолепный вид на Андаманское море и очень хороший спа с таким же чудесным видом ,НО полное отсутсвие сервиса ! Отель находится в тотальном запустении. Сервис на грани хамства. Основные гигиенические удобства,присутствующие 4х звездочному отелю отсутствуют или за дополнительную плату ( в номерах нету лосьона для тела,халатов для похода в спа,репеллентов,переходников,разетки разбиты и их всего 2 на весь номер ,за использование laundry bag Отель взымает отдельную плату(!!!), бассейн не чистится, разетки разбиты и дорога на пляж проходит через горы мусора !!!!). Ощущение ,что менеджеру отеля нет никакого дела до гостей и их нужд !

Очень неудобное расположение отеля на холме - пешком не спуститься и не подняться только на такси, маленький бассейн, долго и неудобно идти по ступенькам через лес до пляжа, далеко до ресторанов, из-за расположения домиков среди деревьев и растительности съедают комары и нет совсем ветра с моря, белье поменяли 1 раз за неделю, полотенца тоже старались не менять, а аккуратно старые сложить, шумный старый кондиционер, отель лет 20 без ремонта.

Отдых на море и в лесу.

Отдыхали вдвоем с 29.01.2015 г. по 9.02.2015 г.Впечатления очень хорошие.Великолепный релакс после шумного Патонга.Пения птиц утром незабываемо.Море близко.Пешком по лесу минут 5 расслаблено.Пляж немноголюдный,вода чистейшая.До этого отдыхали в Ле Меридиен.Сложно сравнивать,но преимущества есть и в Сентаре.Не очень удобное время отправления бесплатного шатла в Патонг и Карон (16.00).Спасал взятый в ренту мотобайк.Вообщем рекомендую всем ,особенно любителям природы.

Hotel location is excellent but the facility is rather ‘long in the tooth”” and needs a complete renovation. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special and other meal options were very basic
