This time in the “Our Cases” section we will tell you about the successful organization of teambuilding events abroad for one of the leading leasing companies. We will present an overview of the most important aspects.

The company organizes teambuilding events abroad 1-2 times a year. For the events, it is necessary to choose different countries, preferably in the format of excursion trips.
Organizing team building events abroad requires careful coordination of many details, including choosing countries, developing excursion programs, booking transport and hotels. It is also necessary to take into account the different preferences of the participants and ensure that the team is informed about all the nuances of the trip in a timely manner. Here are the main problems:
TravelHub organized a trip to India for a group of 30 people in February 2024. The trip lasted seven days. Travel designers took full responsibility for organizing all necessary aspects of the trip, including visas, flights, accommodation, excursions, as well as a guide and translator. As part of the trip, the group visited three cities: Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.
After the successful completion of the tour, the participants contacted TravelHub with a request to organize another excursion trip.
In August 2024, a four-day trip to Azerbaijan was organized for a group of 54 people. The task was to create a rich excursion program, including a city tour. Participants were able to visit the old city of Baku, wineries with the possibility of tasting, as well as mud volcanoes. All organizational aspects were taken into account, which allowed us to ensure high quality team building.
