TravelHub received a request to organize a trip to food exhibitions in Europe for a group of 14 people. The main challenge was to ensure that the clients could get to Zurich in time to meet partners and then fly to Paris, where they would be joined by three more people.
It was necessary to organize a transfer from the airport and provide everyone with shared accommodation at a hotel. An important condition was to choose a hotel close to the exhibition with convenient access to the center of Paris on a limited budget. It was also necessary to organize a transfer to the exhibition and outside Paris to visit a cheese factory, as well as buy tickets to the Louvre and for a walk along the Seine.
Our goal was to create convenient and efficient logistics, taking into account all the client’s wishes, and to ensure a comfortable stay for the participants.
Organizing such a trip was not an easy task. In addition to the fact that several legal entities participated in the trip, each had to be registered on our platform and sign a contract. Also, each client's accounting department had its own requirements for the execution of documents, which complicated the process.
Initially, the group consisted of 10 people, but over time new participants were added, who had to be included in the same flights and buses. In addition, there were difficulties with paying for entrance tickets to attractions due to accounting restrictions, and the transfer was too expensive with our previous partners.
All the difficulties mentioned above made the organization of the trip quite difficult, but we coped by quickly adapting to changes and carefully planning each step. Our specialists promptly concluded contracts with each client and took into account all the wishes of the accounting department. We also found new partners for organizing transfers, which allowed us to significantly reduce costs. Thanks to these measures, we managed to meet all the client's requirements and ensure a comfortable and effective trip. The client was satisfied with our approach and service.
