Clean & Convenience
Room was clean Staff are friendly Nice hot shower Quiet I like this small hotel cos not so many rooms in a floors, easy to reach to my room. Moreover, many deferent convenience stores on the same street all of them with in 2mins

A must-stay for me
I love this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff members. Laundry on site. Step away from the food market. Nearby shopping malls and tourist attractions. The room is fully equipped with amenities. Very quiet room. Very comfy bed. I will stay again for my next vacation for sure. A must-stay for me. Thank you, Ashley Tang Hotel for the great experience 😊

When is arrived all was ok. The staff was nice. The hotel is located within walking distance to >10mins Sarinah (local shopping center), and ~20mins Grand Indonesia and Indonesia Plaza (shopping malls). But when I went to go to sleep the linen wasn't clean. The front desk offered to move me to a smaller room because housekeeping wasn't available (it was about 10pm). So I told them bring the sheets and I will change the linen. I guess the front desk guy felt bad because he came and helped me change them. I thought the sheets were dirty but the mattress protector underneath was really filthy. It had urine like stains etc... needless to say I was grossed out. The staff put pudding snack as an apology in my room the next day. Also if you order grab food (like Uber eats). Go downstairs immediately to pickup or meet the driver. As my food was taken from the front desk.
