Guests must transfer via Airplane and boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 6 AM - 10 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. This property is accessible only by speedboat. The property offers scheduled transfers at no charge. This property is located on an island and is accessible only by boat. Guests must arrange land transport on their own to El Nido if traveling from Puerto Princesa (approximately 6-hours drive). The property provides scheduled boat transfers between El Nido Resorts Jetty Lounge and Pangulasian Island (times subject to change). The boat departs from El Nido at 7:45 AM, 12:30 PM, and 4 PM. The boat departs from Pangulasian Island at 6 AM, 10 AM, and 2 PM. The property recommends that guests arrange boat transfers prior to booking their flights. Guests must arrange land transport to El Nido if traveling from Puerto Princesa. Please note that it takes approximately 6 hours. The property provides scheduled boat transfers (schedule is subject to change). No boat transfers are available after 4 PM from Miniloc, Lagen and Pangulasian, and none are available after 3 PM from Apulit. Customers may be requested by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and/or complete a health declaration.

Mandatory fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: PHP 10000.00 per stay
• New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: PHP 9700
• New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: PHP 3600 (from 7 to 11 years old)
• Destination fee: PHP 400 per person, per stay. This fee does not apply to children under 11 years of age.
