Bedroom (attic floor) with a high-quality double mattress 180x200 cm, on the ground floor there is a soft interior sofa (sleeping place 140x190 cm). The house has a kitchen with household appliances and dishes. Bathroom with toilet, shower, underfloor heating and water heater. The purest filtered water. High-quality bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. It's warm in the houses. There is always hot water. There is a barbecue area on site (free of charge for "friends"). There is a small pond for swimming. There is a remote check-in at the address. You can stop by at any time convenient for you and even at night! CHECK-IN from 14:00. CHECK OUT before 12:00. Before checking in, we conclude an online agreement, take the remaining additional payment for accommodation and a deposit of 3000 rubles, which is refunded after your departure. After that, we will send you the full address with the login code and the necessary instructions! The procedure for checking in and obtaining access codes must be completed before 23:00! Passport data will be required for the contract! The settlement of foreign citizens is carried out only upon presentation of documents confirming legal stay in the territory of the Russian Federation! During your stay, you can use everything that is available in the house and on the territory! SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the cabins! Smoking is only on the street! ⛔️ Pets are not allowed!
