Guests must transfer via airplane or boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Due to this property's location, guests planning to depart the Seychelles prior to 9 AM may need to arrange overnight accommodations on Mahe.

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.53 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
