There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests are required to contact this property by WhatsApp in the morning on their arrival date to arrange check-in. The self check-in kiosk is located next to the property entrance. Guests must use their reservation number to check-in (an itinerary or confirmation number will not work). A badge will be dispensed to access the apartment. If lost, the badge can be reissued by repeating the check-in process.

Mandatory fees
