  • a small refrigerator or minibar (88%);

According to survey participants, a flexible dining system is especially valued by those who frequently travel for business and want to save time on cafe visits, while finding a hotel with the right setup is easiest through online services.

Common Areas and Hotel Infrastructure

  • a neat, well-maintained area surrounding the hotel (95%);
  • a stylish design for the lobby and common areas (70%);
  • availability of convenient guest parking (64%);
  • a pool, kids’ areas, ironing and laundry services, equipment rental, and luggage assistance (about 50% noted at least one of these);
  • a sauna and designated business spaces—meeting rooms or coworking areas (fewer than one-third of respondents).
