Task from the client:
TravelHub received a request from a client to organize a business trip to a very small Uzbek town Uchkuduk for a period of 9 days, including hotel reservations for the entire stay.
Difficulties in solving:
The hotel was private — a family affair of the owners, which could cause certain difficulties due to the lack of standards and procedures, as in large hotel chains. And upon check-in, everything seemed smooth, but later a problem arose: the owner's son reported the absence of payment. To solve the problem, the hotel owners temporarily confiscated the passport of the business traveler and did not register him, which created inconvenience and possible legal risks.
Result:
During the day, there were investigations into the lack of visibility of payment, although everything was done correctly on our part. After finding the payment, the hotel apologized for the misunderstanding and registered the business traveler, and then the business trip was successful.
