Task from the client:
Travel Hub received a request to create a highly packed program in Kaliningrad for a group of 49 people. The main task was to ensure that there was not a single minute of free time, while taking into account all the customer's wishes: visiting the desired museums, certain restaurants, a designer store and accommodation in a certain hotel. Our goal was to create an interesting and exciting program that would leave unforgettable impressions on the participants, as well as take into account all the client's wishes.
Difficulties in completing the task:
Every day the client's wishes changed, which had to be built into the program without increasing the cost. At first, it was planned to visit some attractions that were agreed upon with partners, then the clients radically changed the list of places to visit.
This created the need for constant reworking of the itinerary and coordination with partners to ensure that all requests were met without increasing the budget. Such changes required rapid response, careful planning and constant monitoring of compliance with all requirements, which significantly complicated the process of organizing the event.
Solution:
