“Our Cases”: Organizing a Corporate Trip for a Brewing Company

In the “Our Cases” section, we will tell you about a corporate trip of a group of employees of one brewing company to similar production facilities in Belgium.

Task from the client:

TravelHub received a request from a client to organize a corporate tour of Belgian breweries. It was necessary to develop a travel program and think through the logistics of the trip.

Difficulties in solving:

The challenge was to create an efficient route in the shortest possible time. It was necessary to visit the most important breweries in Belgium, visit museums at the same time and cover the main cities of the country, while the main location of accommodation had to be in Ghent between Brussels and Antwerp. Beer tasting had to be organized in each brewery. In the evening, it was necessary to book restaurants in each of the cities.

Logistics were also complicated by the fact that part of the team flew from Minsk via Vilnius, part from Warsaw, and part from Berlin. They were supposed to arrive in Brussels at about the same time, from where they would be transferred to Ghent.

The solution to the problem also included working with an agency that cooperates with Belgium, constant contact with the customer and the host, lengthy coordination of the menu and time, which made the process long and painstaking.

Result:

Thanks to effective communication and agreements with the client and the host, we were able to successfully fulfill all the customer's requirements and organize such a complex itinerary, which initially seemed like a fantasy. Our efforts resulted in the trip going flawlessly, and all participants were able to enjoy a tour of the Belgian breweries, visiting museums and main cities.
