If you request a refund more than 15 hours before departure, you’ll receive the full ticket price and reserved seat fee, minus a commission fee. If you refund less than 15 hours but more than 4 hours before departure, you’ll get the ticket price back plus 50% of the reserved seat fee. If the request is made less than 4 hours before departure, only the ticket price can be refunded, and the reserved seat fee is not reimbursed
