Task from the client:
TravelHub received a request from individuals to organize a trip to the carnival in Rio de Janeiro. It was necessary to work out a travel program, as well as think through the logistics of the trip. There are no flights in this direction from Belarus. But the tourists had Schengen visas, so it was necessary to find the best option for departure from Warsaw.
Solution:
Our travel designers offered an extended program for the trip. It included not only a visit to the carnival, but also excursions to the Corcovado mountain to the statue of Christ, climbing the Sugar Loaf, visiting the Iguazu Falls, as well as sightseeing tours and excursions to the waterfalls in Buenos Aires.
The program included everything necessary for a comfortable and exciting trip. We provided accommodation in the picturesque cities of Rio de Janeiro, Iguazu and Buenos Aires so that clients could enjoy the atmosphere of these places.
Domestic flights between these cities ensured fast and convenient travel. All excursions were conducted with an experienced Russian-speaking guide who immersed us in the culture and history of each region. Transfers were also included in the program, which made the trip as convenient as possible. Carnival tickets and international flights completed our care to ensure that every moment of this adventure was bright and memorable.
