Claims
You may submit an official claim regarding the quality of the tour product under a booking using one of the following methods:
- By mail or courier to: Belarus, Minsk, Yakuba Kolasa St. 73/3
- By email: book@travelhub.by
The following documents must be attached to your claim:
- An official written and personally signed claim from the traveler, including the full name, booking number, and date of submission
- A cover letter from the travel agent describing the nature of the claim, including the date, traveler’s full name, and booking number. This letter must be signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the agency
- Supporting documents (photos, videos, receipts for additional expenses, etc.)
- Confirmation sheet
- Payment documents
- Contact details of the responsible manager (full name, phone number, email) for follow-up communication
Claims will not be accepted without a full set of documents and a signed claim from the traveler.
Claims must be submitted to the Tour Operator immediately on the same day the traveler files the complaint.
Claims are reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
If the decision is made to provide compensation and the traveler agrees with the resolution, the agent must submit a written pre-litigation settlement agreement, personally signed by the traveler.
