What is a preliminary booking request

This feature allows you to lock in the tour price based on the airfare available at the time of booking.

Preliminary booking requests can be made no later than 7 nights before the start of the tour.

Activation period for preliminary requests:

• Ground services – 48 hours
• Tours with scheduled flights – 24 hours

If the request is not activated within the specified time, it will be automatically canceled, and no actual incurred costs will be charged.

For tours with scheduled flights, if the airline changes the ticketing time limit, the activation period may be shortened accordingly.
