Ground Services – Payment Terms

Due to high exchange rate volatility at the moment, funds are credited based on the exchange rate at the time the payment is received.

If the booking is made less than 90 days before departure:

• Prepayment: 30% must be made within 3 banking days from the moment the booking is confirmed.
• Full payment no later than 15 days before departure.
• Full payment no later than 21 days before departure (Seychelles).

If the booking is made more than 90 days before departure:

• Prepayment: 20% must be made within 3 banking days from the moment the booking is confirmed.
• Full payment no later than 15 days before departure.
• Full payment no later than 21 days before departure (Seychelles).

If the booking is made less than 15 days before departure:

• Full payment is required upon confirmation of the booking.
