Payment Terms for Tours with Scheduled Flights

Due to high exchange rate volatility at the moment, funds are credited based on the exchange rate at the time the payment is received.

*Payment for tickets on scheduled flights must be made in full after the booking is confirmed, in accordance with the time limit set by the airline.

If the booking is made less than 90 days before departure:

• Prepayment: 30% (but not less than the cost of the tickets) must be made within 3 banking days from the moment the booking is confirmed.
• Full payment no later than 15 days before departure.
• Full payment no later than 21 days before departure (Seychelles).

If the booking is made more than 90 days before departure:

• Prepayment: 20% (but not less than the cost of the tickets) must be made within 3 banking days from the moment the booking is confirmed.
• Full payment no later than 15 days before departure.
• Full payment no later than 21 days before departure (Seychelles).

If the booking is made less than 15 days before departure:

• Full payment is required immediately upon confirmation of the booking.
