What to do if you purchased a flight ticket but don’t see it in your personal account?

This means the ticket has not yet been confirmed by the airline. Once confirmed, you will receive a notification by email. Please be patient.

Please note the following:

  • For charter flights, the departure time and airport may change 1–2 days before departure.
  • Charter tickets are non-refundable.
  • You will receive the tickets the day before departure, but the order number is sent immediately after payment.
  • These tickets are sold by tour operators, not airlines — that’s why the prices are lower.
  • Online check-in and pet travel policies may differ from those on regular flights.
  • Sometimes charter seats are available even on regular flights.
