The Travelhub team is announcing an important change to our system. All hotel reservations are now even more transparent and predictable.
If a hotel reservation hasn’t been paid, it will be automatically canceled one hour before the time specified in the cancellation policy. This rule now applies to all customer categories.
To ensure no one is caught off guard, we have implemented a notification system. You will receive reminders 48 hours, 24 hours, and 8 hours before a potential cancellation. A final confirmation email will be sent one hour before cancellation.
This way, every customer will have enough time to make a payment and secure their reservation.
